Move Your Body – Exercise That Works

Grace collaborated with Acadia Integrative Medicine’s Dr. Christy Seed to create a video presentation on midlife exercise for women. They present to women how to shift away from punishing, “burn-it-off” workouts and toward movement that energizes them, supports hormone balance, builds muscle and bone, and promotes longevity. They discuss strength training, mobility, metabolic health, recovery, and designing routines that evolve with a changing body. Grace demonstrates foundational strength movements + their proper form at the video’s end.

Saturday Outdoor Class This Summer!
Starting in June, Grace will teach a fun outdoor workout class on the studio’s beautiful deck every other Saturday. The workout is appropriate for all levels and will focus on bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. Classes will run June - August.
