Custom Retreats, Classes, Adventures + Sport Specific Team Trainings

Are you looking for a fun way to celebrate a special occasion? We will curate a uniquely energetic experience that celebrates life through movement, food, nature, education and human connection. We create experiences for family/friend reunions, anniversary/couples’ retreats, bachelorette parties/bridal showers, sports teams and for no other reason than just because you want to have fun!

How to book and plan your custom retreat:

  • Choose The Basics

    Determine the size of your group (capped at 8 persons w/the exception of team trainings) + Saturday of your choosing

    Determine the length of your retreat: half day (3.5 hours), full day (7 hours)

    Determine the location: we can host your group at the fitness center, travel to your home, work outdoors or some combination of all three

  • Build Your Program

    Pick your workout(s): functional fitness, strength HIIT, total body strength, reformer, yoga (slow flow/restorative or power)

    Choose your nature activity: local hike (Blue Hill, Penny Preserve, Harriman, Sheepshead, etc) and/or swim/cold plunge

    Choose your wellness education topic: allow us to share our knowledge on any health & wellness topic of your choosing - hormones, gut health, brain health, blood sugar regulation, body recomposition, metabolic function, bloodwork + biomarkers, supplements + optimizers, etc.

  • Choose Your Accessories

    Choose your extracurricular activity: wine tasting (organic + dry farm wines), berry picking (seasonally dependent), advanced recovery (available for groups of 1-2)

    Choose your food + beverage: options will depend on the season — all food + beverage will be made from whole unprocessed real foods and free from refined sugars, grains, seed oils and artificial sweeteners; we cater to any and all dietary restrictions

All retreats take place on Saturdays.

Half day retreats (9am - 12:30pm) include: custom workout, nature activity and/or wellness education, snacks + beverage

Full day retreats (9am - 4pm) include: custom workout, nature activity, wellness education, extracurricular activity, lunch + snacks + beverages

Pricing: price includes all activity, transportation, energy, food + beverage costs

Half day retreat: $165/person

Half day couple’s retreat (includes advanced recovery): $200/person

Full day retreat: $380/person

Sports Team Trainings (min 8 persons, max 12 persons): $90/person

Sport Specific Team Trainings:

We run half day sport specific clinics that include training, injury prevention, recovery, and nutrition for local + regional sports teams

9:00 - 9:15 arrivals + introductions

9:15 - 10:45 Strength/plyometric/mobility workout + demos

10:45 - 11:15 foam roll, active stretch, recovery, hydration

11:30 - 12:15 nutrition education + injury prevention

12:15- 12:30 q&a, snacks, closing

3:15 - 3:45 cheese (organic + raw) + wine tasting (all organic, natural, no added sulfites)
