Healthy living is so much more than working out. What we fuel our bodies with is just as, if not more important than exercise! Understanding how to pick the right nutrients for our bodies isn’t always easy, especially with so much — often conflicting — information available to us. Grace will help mute the noise and guide you toward a nutrition plan that best fits your needs. Her work with clients includes high level education on nutrition for brain, gut, hormone and muscle health. She covers how to control and reverse conditions such as fatty liver, high cholesterol, pre and full on diabetes and other metabolic conditions through diet, exercise and lifestyle.
Grace approaches the body and brain as one whole working system; what we eat directly affects our mood, thoughts, energy, metabolism, inflammation, etc. Nutrition coaching is for anyone and is particularly beneficial for those looking to adjust body composition, improve biomarkers/bloodwork, or change their relationship with food and exercise. If you struggle with disordered eating and/or body dysmorphia, Grace can help you find food freedom.
